How to Order & FAQ

The most simplest way for you to send your enquiry to us is using our enquiry system online. As you browse our products pages, select the interested in items, click the “inquiry” button or Contract link, then you can fill with the required filled columns as detailed as possible, we will have our relative sale specialist reply to your enquiry within 24 hours.Also you can send your enquiry by email ,MSN ,Skype Phone and Fax.

In order to let you know more about the order procedure in our company and make your deal more smoothly, we are now listing some order regulation for you reference: 

 1. What warranty policies do you offer?  
 We'll freely offer you some spare parts with the order, so that you can do after-sales service well. If there is any quality problem within 2 year, we'll make up the same amount of broken products to you. 

 2,How could I get samples? 
 We supply free samples if the total value under 5 US dollars .If you have a DHL or UPS account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.

If the total value of samples is more than 5 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. Or,send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T or Western Union. 

 3,How much the courier freight will be for the samples? 
 Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.
 
 4,Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package? 
 Yes ! Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other ways. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units per logo or depend on the product range. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG, TIFF and AI format. If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 500 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ). 

 5,How to place an order? 
 Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
1.) Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container) * Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
2.) Delivery time required
3.) Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
4.) Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong ) 

 6.What's the Min Order Quantity?  
 Due to the products, please contact us to make sure, usually no brand ,neutral packing we don’t have MOQ limited 

 7.Can you arrange the transportation for us? 
 Yes !
We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation 

 8,How can the products be sent to us? 
 For small quantity or weight less than 100 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).
 
 9,What's your usual payment term for orders? 
 Our usual payment term is Wire transfer ( T/T ), We also accept:
1). Western Union payment, (special for urgent and critical order)
2). L/C payment for bulk order, (this will depend on the order status)

 
 10. We have bought these products from other suppliers in China, but the package disppointed me a lot, and I found many packages were broken when receiving these products, so how do you deal with this problem? 
 Many of our clients have complainted the problem to me as wll, so double package or wood case packing will used on every product now, by this way we could promise that our clients would receive intact products. 

 11,How can I get your price list? 
 Please send us email or fax for our price list and order information.
 
 12. I know that you are a manufacturer with no retail business, but I am a private customer, and I just want to buy one for my own use, so how could I buy your products? 
 You can according you need to buy,and our distributors spread all over in Europe, Asia, North America, and South Africa, as long as you give me your ways of contact, our distributors will contact you at earliest time possible.
